At Coqui Coqui, we are dedicated to customer service and satisfaction.
By purchasing a Coqui Coqui product, you agree to have read and accepted our policy for Delivery & Returns, which surpass any and all previous discussions and/or agreements between the parties. Coqui Coqui reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at all times at its discretion.
All purchases are shipped from Champagnole, France. If you have a French address to ship to and your product is in stock, your order is likely to be delivered within 5-7 business days. If located in another zone, the shipping time is estimated at 7-10 business days. Please be aware that we do not cover any import charges due to customs regulations.
We recommend someone to be present at the delivery address during business hours. Whether it be at a neighbour's or a friend's address, or at the address of your work location. We ensure firm packaging of all handmade pieces. If, upon delivery, one or more items look damaged, you must notify us within 48 hours after reception the package. Please note that for secure delivery complete address information is mandatory, as well as a a phone number. In case the address is incomplete, the products will not be shipped out from our Warehouse in France. In case the goods cannot be delivered after attempts from our carrier, the package will be returned to origin (France) and return costs will be generated by the customer.
Prices and offers will be valid during a specified term or while stocks last. We guarantee the best estimated delivery. Due to customs regulations orders, we are not held responsible for returned orders outside France, nor for any supplementary charges or taxes valid within the customer’s country, neither for any loss or damage suffered by you through any reasonable or unavoidable delay in delivery.

Customers from other countries than must be aware that they cannot return the items purchased on our website due to rigid customs regulations and we reserve the right to decline your return. Please make sure you are ordering the right items in your cart before confirming the order or email us immediately if something might need to be modified before we ship the order to you. Items returned must be in the original unworn condition and packaging. Items with signs of use or damage will not be returned or refunded. If, after verification of returned items, the items meet the conditions and terms mentioned above, we will reimburse your order (shipping charges excluded) or we will exchange the item for a different product for which the shipping charges will be free of charge. For your protection, make sure the package you send is secured. We cannot be held responsible for the loss of an item or for damages made to the item when or while being returned.
